These Disturbing Fast Food Truths Will Make You Reconsider Your Lunch

Ethos: The author already has credibility by being a writer of the Huffington Post but she also establishes credibility in her research done by “David DiSalvo, a writer at Forbes,”.

Pathos:    The writer appeals to the reader’s emotions by using such powerful words like “disgusting” and “gross” while describing the food. The writer also shows very disturbing pictures of the food before it is processed.  


Logos: The writer uses alarming statistics like “8 in 10 Americans eat fast food at least monthly and half saying they eat it weekly” and that “here were 263,944 fast food restaurants in America with a combined revenue of well over $100 billion.”
